The Hubbell NEXTSPEED Category 6A Plenum (CMP) cable delivers reliable 10GBASE-T performance over a full 100-meter channel while meeting the strictest fire-safety requirements for plenum air-handling spaces. Built with 23 AWG solid bare copper conductors and a flame-retardant, low-smoke PVC jacket, this 1000ft reel is engineered for network installers, engineers, and procurement teams that need certified, code-compliant structured cabling.
Performance & Compliance
This cable is component compliant with ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 and ISO/IEC 11801, and supports Ethernet applications from 10BASE-T through 10GBASE-T. It is fully PoE-ready, certified for IEEE 802.3af (PoE), IEEE 802.3at (PoE+), and IEEE 802.3bt (4PPoE Type 3 and 4), with a temperature rise of only 8.2°C in a 100-cable bundle and 82.8% power efficiency at maximum temperature. Alien crosstalk performance provides +7dB headroom above standards.
Construction
Each reel features 23 AWG solid bare copper conductors with FEP insulation, a non-conductive isolation wrap, and a crossweb filler for consistent geometry. The reduced-diameter jacket (0.260 in O.D.) eases installation in tight pathways. Pair configuration: Pair 1 White/Blue, Pair 2 White/Orange, Pair 3 White/Green, Pair 4 White/Brown.
