Description
The CommScope CS34P Category 6 F/UTP Shielded Plenum cable delivers superior high-speed data transmission, robust noise immunity, and uncompromising fire safety for mission-critical enterprise network architectures. Designed and engineered under CommScope's trusted Uniprise® portfolio, this horizontal cable features four twisted pairs of 23 AWG solid bare copper conductors insulated with premium FEP and isolated by an integrated FEP center separator. An overall aluminum/polyester foil shielding tape combined with a 26 AWG solid tinned copper drain wire provides complete protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI), radio frequency interference (RFI), and alien crosstalk. Certified CMP/FT6 (NFPA 262, UL 444, UL 910) for safe installation in commercial plenum drop ceilings and environmental air-handling spaces, this cable meets ANSI/TIA-568.2-D and ISO/IEC 11801 Class E standards up to 250 MHz, with full support for high-power IEEE 802.3bt Type 4 PoE++ (up to 100W). Supplied on a 1,000-foot blue reel, it provides the ultimate reliability and physical protection for high-density voice, data, and video deployments.
