You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
If incorrect material is shipped from our side it is only returnable, and it is the Distributor’s or his customer’s responsibility to inspect and report any shipment of incorrect items within 24 hours of receipt of material. After 24 hours we are not responsible.
If you ask for an item and when you get it you say it was not the item you require, It is not at all our fault, In this case, returns are only applicable if you pay the shipping cost that costed us to ship you the item, the transaction fee which is a certain percentage and the return shipping cost!
To be eligible for a return, Firstly you need to pay the shipping cost for return of the items/products, Secondly, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If it is not in the same condition return is not applicable unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Your item must be in the original packaging!
Returns without proper documentation and conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Products that we arrange for customers from elsewhere are not returnable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund AFTER inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you.
Credit against purchases will be issued within twenty (20) days after We receive the material and product inspection is confirmed.
All kind of Returns are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking charge, A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Third-party Distributors who purchase our products for their own client-base currently do not qualify for returns.
